Your free initial consultation is a calm, supportive space where you can finally talk things through and make sense of why you are feeling the way you are.
There is no hypnosis in this session — just gentle conversation, clarity, and understanding. Together, we explore what’s been weighing on you and what needs to change for you to start feeling calmer and more in control.
Many people leave this first meeting already feeling lighter, simply from being heard and realising they’re not broken — and that change is possible. This consultation is usually 50 minutes.
